To do this, I ran it inside a Docker container with --dangerously-skip-permissions enabled and full sudo access. I believe this is the only practical way to use coding agents on large projects. Answering permissions prompts is cognitively taxing when you have five agents working in parallel, and restricting their ability to do whatever they want makes them less effective at their job.
